Our farm produces wheat, barley, oats, and beans, which we use to feed our prize-winning cattle as they graze our lush green pastures alongside our sheep. These same crops also go into making our own brand of animal feed – UC Feeds – which we supply to local beef and sheep farmers.

Thanks to the combination of traditional and commercial breeds we rear and the high-quality feed we produce ourselves, we’re able to offer beautifully tender meat with a rich, natural flavour.
